Classes are open to anyone from ages 4 and up.  Beginning Level classes start with Hawaiian basics and Tahitian basics before learning a specific dance number from each island.  Intermediate and Advance Levels will start out the same but dance instruction may be from any of the different islands depending on the instructor.
 
All classes are informal. You may wear any loose fitting workout attire but feel free to bring a pareo (sarong or wrap around skirt) to allow your hips to move. All dances are done barefooted but socks or ballet slippers are fine to wear during the winter months.
